Our Story
Happy Hour Mobile Bartending was built on a love for people, parties, and perfectly poured drinks. Our founder, Melody Chaco, has been in the service industry since the age of 16, learning early on the joy of creating great experiences for others. By 2010, she was behind the bar, mastering the art of mixology, while also planning and coordinating events—discovering the magic that happens when thoughtful details and great hospitality come together.
In 2017, Melody combined her two passions—bartending and event planning to launch Happy Hour Mobile Bartending. From weddings and corporate gatherings to birthdays, retirements, and holiday celebrations, she brings a personal touch and years of expertise to every event.
What makes Happy Hour Mobile Bartending special is that it’s more than just drinks. It’s Melody’s one-woman mission to take the stress out of hosting, deliver top-notch service, and create unforgettable moments where guests feel celebrated.
